Review for Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch

Much of the staff are friendly but some have been rude to the residents. My mother's room was not cleaned for 3 weeks when they lost staff. The executive director mainly stays in his office and doesn't do random checks to see what's going on. He won't allow residents who see something report it unless it's something that happens directly to them.

I really liked the facility. I met with a large number of the staff and some of the residents. The staff seemed genuinely concerned about the residents and the residents seemed happy.

Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch is in a great location. The staff was good, very thorough, and not pushy. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were good. It was clean.

We had a great experience working with [Name Removed] at Inspired Living. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we have gone through the process of finding a place for my mother to be cared for. [Name Removed] has such a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and welcome.

My family and I had to make the hard decision to move our mother in here in April. Things happened quickly, but with her deteriorating health, it was the right thing to do. They were very detailed when it came to explaining everything. Now I see that she’s made friends and participates in a lot of the activities here. I toured Inspired Living in Lakewood Ranch. That place was good, but it was a little bigger for people who needed to walk around, and there were some sections that smelled a little bit like pee. I thought the food was good. The staff seemed nice. I like the layout. It was clean. They had a pool, too, which I thought was nice.
