In my town, nice people and affordable. Nurses are really good, nice and kind. Activities are great. Something to do everyday. Food is really good. Good choices and they provide snacks. The room is a nice size and they keep the facilities clean and smelling good.

There was some confusion in the beginning. Don't know about some of the fees. Said everything was in house , but some services are hard to get. Room is fine. Food seems to be good, no issues.

So far the staff does not seem educated in caring for patients, and the room is never cleaned. They take a long time answering the call button, and sometimes still never bring what you need.

What we like best was the original marketing director. However, she left two or three weeks after my mom moved in and it was kind of downhill after that. What we have liked the least is the food and the neglect. My mother rarely calls for help but when she does, she usually has to wait at least half an hour, and sometimes no one comes at all.
