They are understaffed for the needs of the residents. Luckily my dad is on hospice and has an aide for him and 2 others. But it is hard at night when it is bedtime for all of the residents that needs help to their beds.

We had mama there from June till March when she passed. She was on hospice for a few months. The facility is small and has a limited amount of residents. There are private and semi private rooms. They did a good job with keeping the residents clean in regards to diaper changes. The staff was sweet with my mother. They do eat early dinners and start bedtime early which works well there. They staff down at night which means if you show up later you may need to wait to get help in and out of the locked doors (no big d…

PositiveIris is a very nice and caring facility
Evening staff is not always adequate. But they try. Memory patients are unpredictable and hard to control. We are comfortable enough that we are try not to criticize. There are many care givers who are obviously very dedicated and treat dad with great kindness and empathy. Some are more business like. I have never seen anyone treat dad badly. We have a camera in his room so we can see most everything.
