Staff is VERY friendly and try to be accommodating however, I think they are very understaffed. Not a lot of follow up with administrative issues and when we had questions about the process to get our loved one into the facility- it was difficult to get a hold of anyone. We were dealing with multiple people and no one seemed to know what the others were doing. I should note it's only been a month since she moved in so we are giving them the benefit of the doubt to try to work out the kinks. We are hopeful that now …

My mother-in-law is in Ivy Park at San Ramon. They've got a new executive director there who has taken some very positive steps. Communication responding to emails and phone calls has been challenging. They are now improving certain things, like the furniture and the carpeting.
