great place for your beloved ones

my father has been staying here for over a year now and doing a lot better than when he was first admitted. The staff here are always so kind and patient with him since he has dementia and gets very restless from time to time. Some days he would refuse all meals and get so messy, but they clean him up very well every single time and always tries hard to make sure he eats something. We are so glad to have chosen this place and you should too!

Overall, I feel that J&C Care Center is a good community. We have had some communication issues, Things being lost in the laundry, and some issues with the temperature of the community. It is always so cold there. Everyone from the staff to the residents is bundled up every time I visit. However, The food is good here, everything is made fresh, and I know that my loved one is being well cared for . She is always clean and well groomed, and I know she is safe.

THE ABSOLUTELY BEST TOUR OUT OF 15 WE VISITED: I WORKED WITH A PLACE FOR MOM & CARING.COM, AS I WAS EXPLAINED DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES IN DIFFERENT GROUPS KUDOS TO THEM BOTH THEY BOTH HAD THIS COMMUNITY AS A REFERRAL, WHEW I never thought me or my husband could ever agree upon a place.. This is it, no phony tours, complete honesty, caring,and management. None was just sitting around. I hope their still a bed for him by the time we get all monies transferred to the bay area. When [Removed] Ching understood that my sister has swallowing difficulty and is relying on a feeding tube for food and drink, her tone of voice changed. She made it clear that she does not accept any new resident with a G-tube because she thinks skilled nursing care is for those with a feeding tube.

I like the care that my father is getting in this community. I really liked that the community is clean and well maintained. He is happy with the caring staff who are attentive and caring. They try and get him involved with the activities that are helpful. The meals are a good variety. I would recommend this community for a good value with good care to other families.

5 star facility!

My aunt has been staying here for over one year now and she loves it. The facility is clean and well organized, the staff are friendly and took good care of my aunt. We love the activity program and food options. She is really happy here. Some of the staff are bilingual, so they would speak different language to residents who don't speak good English, so I don't know why would anyone give that as negative review here.
