CriticalI strongly recommend avoiding this facility. They demonstrate zero compassion or concern for the care of your loved ones. We had to fight alongside hospice just to get her prescriptions delivered, and even then, they were delayed. After her passing, some of her personal property was stolen, and the facility’s manager blamed me, claiming it was my responsibility and said she shouldn't have had any personal effects with her. This is unacceptable, as they should have secured her belongings after her death. During…

PositiveJefferson Health Care was very nice and clean. They had caring people. The rooms were nice. They were very homey. You could fix them up and make them homey like you wanted to. If you want to put some pictures up or anything like that for memories, you could do that. I like it. They provide three meals a day and they have snacks. The building was very good.

PositiveMy wife has moved into Jefferson Health Care. It's an older place. It's built in the mid-1990s. It's been completely remodeled. It's very clean. The nurses are very caring. We have excellent results so far. My wife is adapting as well as could be expected. We're pleased. The food is good. The place is clean. They seem to be taking very good care of her. My wife got a single room with a bath ensuite. During the week. they have almost daily activities twice a day, morning and afternoon. They …

CriticalWe recently had a chance to visit our relative that had been placed in the home a few days prior to our visit. The facility had very little notice that my relative was coming to their facility. I appreciate the fact they were willing to accept him every other home said he was too young or they did not have the staff to handle his special medical needs. The staff were so very nice and did the best they could to make him comfortable.

PositiveMy husband was recently a patient in their sub-acute rehab unit and I could not be more satisfied with the level of care and caring. The rooms are single and kept very clean. My husband was very well-cared for and loved the food and the staff. Staff were very courteous and responsive to his needs, and he was always kept neat and clean. He participated in PT/OT and the therapists kept me abreast of his progress and further needs every step of the way. The physician caring for him was excellent and got him on the rig…
