PositiveI can't say enough about the staff at Beautiful Savior assisted living. Every one of their nurses, nurse aids, housekeepers and maintenance staff are so friendly. It was hard for my mom to leave her home and move, but they made her feel right at home. They go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They have been so kind to her. They keep the facility looking spotless. You can tell they take pride in the place. My mom has a one bedroom apartment that has a nice size living room, a kitchen, bedroom, and…

CriticalWished I could have given 0 stars. PLEASE do not put your loved one in this facility. My Mother was transferred to this facility after a hospitalization. We witnessed several instances of blatant neglect. On one occasion, we waited over 45 minutes for them to respond to her Call button/light. Only after we physically located someone ourselves did they respond. It still took them another 10-15 minutes to come to her. She was not cared for per physician’s orders. I believe they could have cared less if she lived or d…

CriticalBuilding is dirty and they don’t clean very often. Have had the front entrance under “repair” over a year. Staff is rude and unprofessional. My mother’s things keep disappearing, clothes, phones(landline and cell). They use plastic dressers in most rooms. Very cheap! My mother has been injured twice and they never called us. We only found out because we saw the injuries and black eye! They never reported it. They don’t care about the patients. The staff acts like family’s are an inconvenience to them. They spend mo…

PositiveThe Beautiful Savior staff must be commended for their outstanding compassionate care. My father was there as a resident. When we first arrived we felt rushed with the check in process, but soon discovered the experienced staff were eager to ensure us that entrusting them for the delicate care of my father was the right decision. It took sometime to feel at ease with communication lags between the many staff members, but the teamwork between hospice and the nursing home's staff became routine. My dad was not m…

CriticalI worry everyday about my loved one in this nursing home, but nobody cares. My loved one is not happy here and calls me crying, but nobody cares. The director does not return my call because she obviously doesn’t care either. My loved one cries and I cry but nobody cares.

CriticalMy mother for a while stayed in the assisted living and it was ok ... nothing really planned for the residents but the room/s she had were quite nice. THEN came the nursing home ... as others have said it's just not clean. Some of the staff caring for Mom were good people but there were others that could have cared less about her daily needs. AND THERE WERE NO activities planned to give the residents. When she died, she was still lying in her bed in her room while we waited for funeral home pick-up and in our …
