CriticalNot impressed. nurse and PT unnecessarily imperious, bossy. Place looks physically good but medical care is not better in any way and lacking. staff disappears for hours, don't respond to patient calls, they just never come back. All you see are cleaners or food preparers handing out thin soup, or pushing a mop. They leave patients alone for hours, falling over in chairs or beds without checking on them. They will only wash , treat or handle a patient behind closed doors, that tells me they are unsure or afrai…

PositiveI cannot rave more about the services at this facility, caring, empathetic, amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious. The nursing, aides are fantastic; they take care of your family and communication is five star! My mom did not participate in any activities as she was not able.

PositiveThe only reason I don't give 5 stars is the lack of communication among the staff and very bad misunderstandings with two of the nurses. Nurse Helen is fabulous the few times she attended me. The rooms are beautiful with private bathroom and shower. The food is very good, nice and hot. I would return if future rehab is needed, but would request a better interview for medication needs.

He said the food was delicious, that it was extraordinary, chef prepared, and he absolutely adored it. I never saw his room, but apparently he said it was nice, and he was pretty discerning. He had a powered chair…
