CriticalWe have called, and email numerous times for over 2 weeks to set up a tour for our mother. We have left numerous messages and still no one has reached out.

CriticalMy mom was here for transitional care. There were good staff (her main nurse was great), but overall, more staffing is needed. My mom was in the same clothes for multiple days and had missed doses of medication that was crucial for her to have. Communication wasn't the greatest either.

CriticalMy mother is in Jones Harrison Residence. The experience is mixed, the nursing staff is very good, and the facility is nice, but some of the staff is not very good. The room is institutional, and the maintenance is good. They can improve on lower level staff and the food.
