I visited this facility

I had a great visit at Judy Comfort and Care Assisted Living. They were very family-oriented. The rooms were a little small for the private room. They were nice. The staff was great. I met one of the owners and she was very nice and attentive. It was a very nice visit. What I liked about it is they have their heaviest meal during the day so that they don't lay down on a lot of heavy food at night which was excellent. The residents seemed to be very happy.

Judy Comfort and Care Assisted Living was a nice and warm setting. It's very homey and it has a lot of properties outside, around the house itself, like a country setting. They have very caring facilitators and they seem to have a really warm interest in the clients that are there. The person who assisted us during the visit was very warm and friendly. My dad is in Judy Comfort and Care Assisted Living. He gets one-on-one attention with the facility care providers. He is well cared for and he is gaining weight. His room is beautiful. He is by himself in a bedroom, which is what I chose because I did not want him to be in a room with someone else. My dad has dementia, and I did not want him to mistakenly go into someone else's bed instead of his own. I really like him to have his own bedroom. The staff is great.
