We visited friends at Julian Estates Gracious Retirement Living and stayed there a week for free. We were residents of another Julian Estates down in Arizona, so we could stay in any of their Julian Estates facilities. They had excellent facilities there, but the problem was that they had no parking facilities for your car. You had to pay extra for all the garages and everything. Most people just leave their car out in the weather, and I don't like that. The staff was excellent. The food was excellent, too. We…

My Mom (88 yrs young) recently moved into Julian Estates, after veiwing a total of 6 other local retirement centers. The staff, from front office admin to cleaning personnel, cooks, to maintenance are all wonderful! Every time I have visited, I've been greeted with smiling faces, even the other residents are so friendly! They made my mom feel so welcomed and comfortable, even before she actually moved in. She's been there a few months now, and haven't seen her this happy in quite some time. It sure brings happiness…

I live in Julian Estates Gracious Retirement Living and I like the community. I like the fact that it's newer and well-kept up. The food is OK. Sometimes it's really good. There's pizza and spaghetti. They have something different going on every day. There's bingo and poker, and they play Mexican Train.
