PositiveHighly recommend for memory care
Juniper Louisville it is wonderful there, night and day difference! Staff is amazing and really knows what they are doing with alzheimers compared to Ivy. They make sure everyone is included in activities, at least tries them. I love this place and can't say enough good things about it. Everyone knows everyone. Room size is a little smaller but still private bath. My dad is thriving there. 5 all the way around

Juniper Village at Louisville is divided into villages or towns. In my husband's particular community, there were about 12 people. Most of them were non-communicative, and my husband had no one to talk to. He was not as bad off as they were, and it got to the point where you could just see he was talking to them, trying to get them to talk, and it was not successful. The staff was great, though. They tried their best whenever he had physical therapy to help with his balance. The person in charge of medications…

All of the staff at Juniper from caregivers to the Sales Manager truly care about every resident. During our initial tour, the Sales Manager excused herself to help a resident get back to her house for lunch. After visiting six facilities in one week, only one stood out as the place for my Mom: Juniper Village of Louisville!

I toured Juniper Village at Louisville. The only thing I didn't like was that it was too far away, and I didn't want to go farther than 50 miles or so from where I lived. However, everything else was great. They had an ice cream shop and four neighborhood communities. The staff was exceptional, enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, and it had a real team feel to it as if they were all working for the residents.
