While my parent was at Legend in [date removed] , my experience is that the residents were safe there, and were attended to with kindness and respect by most all staff most all the time. I never saw any indication of neglect. [name removed] the care manager truly could not be any better. She responds quickly to communication, is organized and on top of things, and is extremely patient and caring. She takes initiative to get home health services set up (of which my parent needed many). She and the on-staff PA worked…
