Basic care

A family member was in this care home, and it meets basic care needs. Privacy is not their strong point, and, to be honest, there is an inappropriate focus on a person’s body parts. They talk about the "guests" to visitors and family members and have no respect for a person's privacy. They didn’t seem to have the skills to manage health issues in a calm and helpful manner.
