Facility is fairly new. Memory care is in a secured facility at the rear portion of building. Staff is very involved with memory care patients. Bedrooms are average size but staff tries to keep residents in the common areas so they can socialize. It is a very nice facility.

They took the individual I had in there care and they brought her to the renown emergency room, and they called me and asked why she was there. They later that day called me to say that they did not want her back. I felt it could have been handled differently, they could have called me to discuss the problem

Great place! Good communication about health needs. Food is excellent. Staff, especially memory care, is very good. Kind with a good sense of humor. Good communication with medical staff. Some billing difficulties but new software with the parent company is resolving.

I would rate them all a 5. The only thing that is a little bit of a concern is the outside therapists that work there. Their care staff is amazing. They truly show their love for their profession in the way they take care of the residents. The administration is always willing to listen to what you have to say.
