My mom's a very picky eater. They send me the menu on Monday morning, so I can make adjustments to food she likes. The room is small, but she only sleeps in her room. She prefers to sit with her friends in the gathering area during the day.

We chose Kimberly Personal Care home because of the low staff turnover, personal attention provided, and the size, it is a smaller intimate facility. It has a very homey feel to it, it is not as fancy as some others we looked at, but their cleanliness and attention to detail was more what we were looking for. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Kimberly Personal Care Home because it is a smaller, locally owned community and I really liked the director. It was very clean and the people here during the tour looked well dressed, cleaned, and taken care of. It is more of a family type atmosphere and the staff members treat residents like their own family. The room sizes here are good and adequate for her needs. It is linked well with the CNC pharmacy and there is an in house doctor and it is coordinated well. I would recommend them.

Some activities the residents could participate in wre church services that they had every Sunday and Wednesday. There was also bingo, and a beautician that came in once a week to give manicures and pedicures. We were very pleased with this community. this was a great experience for my mom.
