Our overall experience was a very positive one. My mom was very well taken care of. She loved all of the staff members and they all treated her very well - they were kind and considerate with her. She had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. The size was perfect for her and she felt at home. Kingston Bay as a whole felt like an upscale hotel. You didn't feel like you were in an assisted living facility. It's a smaller more intimate facility. The staff knows everyone by name and treat you …

Anytime I go there they have a good idea where he is and what he is doing- remarkable given the number of folks that reside there. They actively try to get folks engaged if they are inclined. [Name Removed], on the med management team is as concerned about my dad having the correct medication available as I am and actively keeps me informed about issues and resolutions.
