Nice place for my mom

My mom has been here years and my late aunt. Very nice place and kept up. Everyone knows everyone here.

Good place to live

It is a very nice place. the apartment is just the right size for a single person, however they do have different sizes and prices available. Staff and the tenants are very friendly and helpful. Utilities are included in price. It is a nice senior community in a quiet area.

A wonderful place

It is a wonderful place. It is set up for someone like me who is ambulatory but who need a bit of help to be able to succeed at Independent living. The floor plan makes it all possible. The residents are pleasant and helpful and most of a persons needs are met in the rent payment. A quiet place to enjoy life at affordable prices.

It's been very good for her!

Everything is going great for my friend since the move to this place, rent is wonderful it includes utilities. The place is very quiet. The other day they had a Potluck. The gentleman in charge is very nice and accommodating. Also, the laundry service is free. Her only problem is the bus route to her work, but other than that the place has been great to her, completely life changing.

This is exactly what I am looking for. Independent living, small community, Nice size apartment. Clean and quiet neighborhood.

I talked to people that live there an they like the place very much.
