LAFAYETTE HEIGHTS RESIDENTIAL CARE II

Nice clean home, small room, own bath. 4k.No transport to appts unless absolutely necessary and arranged. Didn't seem quite as organized as others.

Another great location (quiet street). 2 rooms were available and I preferred the one that did not open to the backyard. Joanne is very kind and loving. She emailed me after our meeting and said she would be willing to work with me on the price. The one resident that I met is a male and I'm not sure if it would work for my Mom (just not sure how she would react to having a male in the home).

Owner was pleasant - the room and private bath are beautiful - great outdoor patio. Met the (2) other residents. A gentleman resides in the center - clean environment. There were large office areas for staff and owner that seems takes up 1/2 the house. Not as roomy as the other (2) locations. Very clean. Rating 8

This was my favorite. Likes: nice neighborhood, good sidewalks for walking. Nice house, updated for this purpose, good layout. Nice-sized rooms and a couple of extra bathrooms around. Good-sized yard. Seemed to share philosophy of care with the owner. Dislikes: the available room is right off the living room, not a lot of storage available in the room.
