Units in assisted living are all private and of adequate size. Each unit has an updated private bathroom. All services are included in the monthly service fee. Which includes all meals. Assisted Living has nurse on staff and on site 24 hours a day. Assisted Living and Independent Living are all under one roof.

I visited Lake Seminole Square, where my friends live. The facilities were convenient for me. My friends and everything I do are in the area. The apartments were very nice. It offered very good activities, and the food was very good. Also, the staff was very good, and I had no problems. They were very nice.

Pros: transportation, maintenance no worries about appliances, they take care of that, it is CCRC, indoor pool, the grounds are beautiful Cons: Takes a long time for updates, like new carpet, food is terrible! Very unhealthy food, they run out of food, people complain but nothing is done If you have food allergies they will not help you with that. I cook my own food now because of this, but I did not plan for that…we have caught director in several lies. North part of building condos currently flood as they have no…

I like the fact Lake Seminole Square has a restaurant there. They have a pool, too. It was just a nice place. The staff was very nice and explained a lot of things. We ate in the dining room, and they served two meals a day.
