I would rate them 5 stars, the staff are very caring and attentive to their tenants. We are very pleased with her care there. I actually do recommend Lake Wylie to anyone asking about elder care.

Just wish they had a shady covered area outside,there is not much outside area where there is access for wheelchairs.They were slow getting my sister's physical therapy, two months and they are just now getting her on the program,even though her doctor and myself had approved. All else is o.k for now.

We visited the center first, then went back the next day with my sister. They showed us around, even her room. She met some of the residents and had lunch there. After much discussion about her needs and the care she would receive, we made the decision for her to move to Lake Wylie. The cost for her to live there was also a factor. She has adjusted to living there, and has made new friends. Having her own private room made a big difference for her also. We have been pleased with her care.

PositiveVisited and took a tour of the Lake Wylie Assisted Living facility. The staff members were very friendly. The facility appeared clean, although the building is a bit older. The rooms were relatively spacious, and the available room had been updated fairly recently. The sales director was very responsive, and helped answer all questions and potential concerns.
