The staff care about the residents. My mother entered the facility at a four level of care. The nursing staff answered texts and calls to work out the best plan for my mom. There isn't a maintenance person so repairs to the apartment are very very slow. There wasn't a maintenance person a month and 1/2 ago when she moved in and they still haven't found a person. The one bedroom apartment is a nice size and has a washer/dryer. There are a lot of activities. There is a committee of residents evaluating activities and…

[name removed] loves it there! She tells me everyday what she has to eat and some of the activities she goes to! She likes her apartment but she wants the closest doors by the washer and dryer and the bedroom ones put on. And if there is someone that could hookup her cable for her? I don't know how to do that! The stuff is very nice and helpful to her! Like I said she loves it. I would recommend Lake House to anyone looking! This was the best place out of two other places we looked at! This place is wonderful!

Overall, the experience has been excellent. There are plenty of activities offered throughout the week to keep residents engaged. The staff is caring and attentive, and the meals are good, with the desserts being especially enjoyable. Meals are served in a very nice dining room, creating a pleasant dining experience.
