From Dawn, the receptionist, on to [name removed] from maintenance & all the others who interacted with [name removed] or myself, I found an outstanding aura of care & concern for his well being. My overall experience with Menomonee Falls location Lake House was very pleasurable. I believe that Stacey was the manager. She was very helpful in making sure things were organized and ready to take my mother in. The location looks like a former hotel so the rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The meals also look to be prepared well chefs on hand at the time I was there and my mother likes it. They're very much.

The team was great to work with during the set up and transition period. My dad loves the place, the staff, and the food. It is a much nicer place than we were expecting to be able to afford.
