[name removed] is a hard worker and get her work done. She is very friendly and does extras for her residents she has my room cleaned when I get back from breakfast and it’s nice to have a clean room.

The staff is professional and very friendly, and the location of the community is very nice. The community is well kept and buetiful. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Well, a week a go I may have recommended this faculty. It sure does look nice on the surface .... but we all know it’s what’s deeper that matters. Their treatment of my grandmother today is beyond reprehensible. It shows complete disregard for her and for her care. I’m appalled. This is not a facility to go to if you, or your loved one ACTUALLY NEEDS CARE. If you or, or your loved one, is fully independent then Sylvania Lakes is happy to take your money.

Fair, could be better

My biggest complaint would be cleanliness. Once you move in, the rooms are not kept up as well as they should be.

poor evaluation process lack of adjustment assistance

Found facility unsatisfactory, poor staffing did not help with adjustment to their environment and forced us to to seek different care. Staff seemed unwilling to properly evaluate the specific needs of our family member. Situation could have been handle in more professional manner.

Great experience- Great value

I would have to strongly disagree with the previous post. Both my parents have been at Lakes if Sylvania since April [date removed]. Our family’s experience has been fabulous! I believe the price tag is well worth every penny. And the fee posted by the previous post is not the most common price. Please do not let their posted price scare you off.
