CriticalMy brother was sent here for rehabilitation. They allowed him to fall and fracture his collar bone. That was just the middle of an awful experience. He woke up with a naked patient covered in feces sitting on his bed. He couldn’t walk at the time. It took staff 45 minutes to respond to his call light. When he left to go to the hospital someone there stole his belongings… a tablet and laptop. They’re crooks and awful people that don’t care.

CriticalMy mother was sent here for rehab in 2019, it was the only place available. 1 nurse aide to 36 patients is unacceptable. Something crazy every day! Finally they gave her a room right next to the nurse station, didn’t change the lack of care. I walked in to find my mother’s entire bed covered in vomit, the aide had just found her like this She barely responsive, was then rushed to the hospital. Sad ending. ?? Horrible experience I will never forget.

Loved one starts getting sick with a bad cough and then was barely able to talk due to lack of oxygen! Staff was called by me asking to get my Loved one to a h…

CriticalDo not send your loved ones here. My mom had to go here after hip surgery because the other 2 facilities we would have chose over this one had no beds available. It is no surprise why Lakeside manor has beds, they do not properly take care of your loved ones. My mom's antibiotics were late daily and her dressing on her wound was not changed in a timely manor. When it was time to go home and help facilitate her home health care, the Social worker, [name removed], did not do her job and facilitate this process. She w…
