Very expensive as were all options we considered. It was considered a shared space, though the bedrooms were separate. Shared meant the bathroom and a huge closet were shared. Staff was very engaging, but my MIL chose to stay in her room. They were sweet to bring snacks to her room or other goodies if there was a special event that she chose not to attend.

PositiveMy sister has been at Lancaster Grove since October, and I think it’s the best place that she can be. She really likes it there and is so content. The activity director Alison G has so many activities and outings for them, and Alice’s daughter, other family members, and friends love going and getting involved in the excitement that she’s planned for them. Alison has the biggest heart for the residents and we appreciate everything she does. We all love that fine lady and value her experience and knowledge.

I toured the Lancaster Grove Senior Living and saw the assisted living side. I guess it would be right for a lot of people, obviously, because they stay full a lot. There was one opening when I was looking, but they didn't offer a housing assistant or anything like that. It was just your rent, and you don't get any help with it, so it wouldn't have worked for me, although it's a beautiful place.
