CriticalDisappointed
They are not bathing him twice a week but marking off they bathed him. They never make his bed or hang up his clean clothes. His sheets haven’t been washed in 3 weeks and require complaints in order to get it done. Trash cans are not emptied daily. If he pushes on his button for help no one responds. This is not what was presented to us when we were looking for a home. Very disappointed.

Initially worried how we would feel placing family in a facility. That being said we found this to be a wonderful fit for all of us. The care is excellent and personable and there are activities to maintain engagement and involvement from the family. We are so pleased with the quality of life and care for our family member that all of our fears have been laid to rest and we have shared our positive feelings about the Landings with friends and other family members.

PositiveWonderful caring staff
The staff at The Landings of Sidney cares for each resident as if they were a part of their own family. I know my loved one is taken care of, and I don’t have to worry about her safety. The facility is clean and the food is delicious! They have a wonderful activity schedule to keep the residents busy also. Multiple times a year the residents can go on different trips whether it be a Dayton Dragons game, Air Force Museum or even the Zoo!

I joined my mother for the family dinner. The food was exceptional. The entire staff worked very hard to make sure everything was nice. Decorations, friendly, festive. A great environment for both residents and visitors.

I would rate them all a 5. This facility is an amazing model of what memory care for seniors should be. My dad is in excellent hands and I don't have any worries. We would absolutely recommend this community to others, and I already have. Some good friends of mine toured the facility for their mother and loved it too. The Landings of Sidney have something special going on.
