CriticalManagement does not care
Management does not care about the residence med techs does whatever they want. Memory care is a joke. You can’t even find workers when you go there to visit , administration only care about keeping friendships going with the workers. They go out to clubs together very high Turnover rates. they love to hire friends of friends. No work gets done . Beware of this place.

They're extremely friendly. Recently they have had a big turnover in staff. I understand they were bought out by a different corporation, so I'm sure that's the reason for the changes. The staff that have stayed are super nice and super cooperative. If I have any concerns, they address them promptly. It was just a matter of change itself, which is difficult for families as well as the residents, and the fact that the changes weren't communicated to us. You put your trust in someone, and then find they're no longer …

Criticalcompleted tour 6/7. Did not like the memory care floor at all- no activity room and dining room reminded me of a nursing home dining room. The assisted living floors were much nicer. Took off my list.
