My impression of Las Fuentes Resort Village was really good. It may be a little less than the other place, but still very good. Everything was good. It was well-laid out. There are lots of activities to do. They have a workout room and a recreational area. The person who accommodated me was very good, too. She was very accommodating and helpful. She has been there for many, many years. There are lots of tenured staff there at that place. I thought the dining area was very nice and very accommodating.

My mom moved into a studio in Independent Living several months ago. As of almost 2 months ago she moved into a 1 BR unit (still in Independent Living). Overall, the staff has been wonderful, kind and caring but what I take is he with is that when she moved into the studio there was a $1,000 non-refundable deposit on top of the high cost of the rent. When she moved a few months later into a 1 BR there was another $1,000 nonrefundable deposit. At the time my mom first looked at the available 1 BR unit (2months ago) …

My mother-in-law is in Las Fuentes Resort Village. They have beautiful grounds, good food, and friendly people. They have monthly activities and group meetings. They have a courtyard and a patio. It's on lovely grounds with pine trees, and it's well-maintained. The facility smells nice when you go in. My mother-in-law hasn't complained about the food since she's been there. They have two dining areas: one for residents and one for when residents bring in the family. Both of them are very lovely.…

I went to Las Fuentes Resort Village three years ago to visit a friend of mine. He started in independent living, and had a nice living room there with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a little kitchenette. It would have been nice for two people, but too big for one. As he needed more assistance, he was put into assisted living. They gave him his medicine on time and provided him with meals. I met one person that came in on Wednesdays to change his beddings and stuff, and she was a nice person. They had a big, beautiful …

Las Fuentes was good. They're wonderful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It's just a little bit out of our price range. The food was very good too. They have a gym. They have lovely gardens, and the grounds are beautiful. There are multiple libraries. The place is beautiful.

In Las Fuentes Resort Village, when you give a deposit, it's non-refundable. When I first signed the contract, the person I signed the contract with said that if I moved out of the state it would be refundable. But that person is no longer there and they changed ownership, and since that was only a verbal agreement, it won't happen. The place itself is clean and the apartments are very nice. The food is not as good as the other community I saw, but they have a lot of activities.
