CriticalVery poor
Where to begin. My mom is on the memory care unit and every time me and my sisters visit we see neglect. Her room is dirty and she never has any toilet paper, or paper towels. Room never gets mopped. We always do it. We often find her sleeping during meal time and no one offering to come and take her down for meals and she has lost so much weight. Our oldest sister is the POA and she doesn't care about our mother because I would have taken her out of this place long ago! I'm not just making this up this place is aw…

CriticalLaurelwood just seemed really disorganized. I didn't really get to meet a lot of the staff on the tour. While they offered different room sizes, Mom didn’t like the rooms. There were no closets in them, just an armoire, which was not going to get it done for all of her clothes.
