CriticalThe place is clean food not bad no complaints there! Their policies are kind of ridiculous my sister has been there for 3 days and already wants to come home. The majority of staff is very rude especially the CNA she was very rude to me when I asked a question and to others I overheard her talking to . Their smoking policies is too rigid for residents who are there to get stronger from whatever injury they are there for! They are not prisoners nor are they there for punishment I realize it’s inconvient for the work…

CriticalRooms are small and have old furnishings. Residents clothes and money disappear on regular basis. Never have enough staff and bed sores are par for the stay. Administration talks a good game, but couldn’t care less about residents. Food is awful. Avoid this place.

PositiveWe are only one day into my dad's stay at Lawrence Street Health Care, but we are over 1 week invested in the process. We did a drive-by a week ago and we're pleasantly greeted but Adrienne who is over Marketing and Admissions. While the facility looks older from the outside, it boasts a very warm and inviting experience on the inside with calming wall colors and an unofficial "welcoming committee" at dinner. The residents whether short or long term get along and are social. This is very differe…

CriticalLawrence Street Health Care Center was big, and it had a lot of stuff going on. Personally, I don't think my mom would like it there because the rooms are really small, even the shared rooms are extremely tiny. She would not like that place at all. The staff member who gave the tour was great. Everybody there was really nice. They pretty much had the same stuff, except that it's more of a nursing home type facility than it is like assisted living. They had activities, medication management, and meals. The…

CriticalIt was horrible to be at Lawrence Street Health Care Center. In a month, my dad lost 27 pounds. He was just throwing up and they wouldn't give him anything for him. The director of nursing just kept saying, "Oh, he probably only has maybe a few weeks to live". That was back in April and now it's August, he's still here. As far as physical therapy, they were supposed to have done that each day, but they would just come and say, "Oh okay. If you don't feel like it, that's okay.…

CriticalIf you are accepted into their new memory care facility, you will be please. If you are admitted into regular skilled nursging care, you might be please for a few days, but the simply are always understaffed and ":short-handed". My husband was admitted to memory care, then kicked out because he was doing better. They ut his into regular nursing care where I e-mailed everyday, and the administrator labeled it as "harassment. when It was cried for help. My husband's brother also independently brou…
