Management is unresponsive and do not care about you’re loved one good luck trying to get anything fixed.. from laundry not being done overnight to finding my loved one soaking wet because no one checks on him overnight, and trash not picked up is unacceptable. Activities are not happening as they should or how we were told. My dad stays in his room mostly all day, no enrichment activities how sad for these folks.The activity assistant they have is rude and very disrespectful I do not think she thinks before speaks…

Often understaffed. Sometimes no management at all on the weekends. Executive leadership changed, almost entire attitude changed. One shining star was the Memory care Director who was wonderful. Overall cleanliness was not great. Internal communication was not great. Dispute with them over billing.

Recently visited from out of town and right away the ambiance was bad. Change of management all new faces. Noticed that there are a couple good staff that are still there and was happy to see they are still there! But most staff is new. The wellness management that they have always has the door closed, it feels un invited to go and talk, my loved one has a hard time reaching the wellness management mainly because almost everyday the door is closed. I would not recommend Ledgestone. They had some major issues and we shifted my father to another facility. They had the state of Texas come down on them because there were many violations, poor treatment of the elderly and the vast majority of the staff was fired. They weren't equipped to handle people well and staff were lazy and not qualified.
