PositiveStill hopeful for ongoing improvements
My MIL has been there for about 5 months. The residence is lovely, intimate and staff is caring and invested in their residents. However, they experienced understaffing and a change of ownership. We were gratified to see management improving staffing with recent hirings that are under going training. This is assisted living so in order to have an increased level of care we hired additional sitters for an additional 12-16 per week. Positivea welcoming home
Although there were a couple things my mother complained about, I am pleased. The majority of the staff has been wonderful. The facility is kept up well. The apartment size is perfect. Especially for someone with mobility issues. They do their best to meet the needs of everyone. The food is nutritious but my mom complains about no dessert ?? I would recommend Legacy Ridge

PositiveThe most amazing Lifestyle Director!
[Name Removed] is the most amazing Lifestyle Director I have had the pleasure to interact with. She constantly thinks outside the box to keep the residents engaged and their brains stimulated! She knows all the residents and immediately notices if they are off and directs it to the appropriate person. My Mom loves doing activities with [Name Removed]. She also exhibits strong leadership skills with grace and confidence. She is truly the biggest asset for Legacy!

Great professional care/nurses, excellent food service, very clean, patients have a shower twice a week, laundry is washed and dryed once a week, they have a hair salon on site two days a week. Excellent service. They have an outside courtyard in the middle of the facility, and a RN on site. Excellent and professional management caring staff.
