LEGEND OAKS HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION - ENNIS

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom is staying at Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation - Ennis, and we like it. So far, so good and she is getting all the care she needs. The staff is accommodating, and they call you for any questions. My mom doesn't care for the food because it's bland, but they get fed and that's all that matters. We are allowed to send her food so that helps. They also offer activities for the seniors and the people there.

The Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Ennis was accessible, with a good location, and clean. The staff was very pleasant. During my visit, I tried the beef stroganoff there and it was good. The room that I saw was very spacious and very comfortable. They have bingo and different types of games.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building was very nice and clean. The rooms had showers in then. Daily activities keeps the residents entertained. Polka night is so much fun and it's a community interaction.

It was wonderful, everything was great. It is a fantastic place. When my loved one gets out of the hospital and needs rehab again, this is the place we're going. It's the place to be. All the staff is good. They did run out of food one day, so my loved one missed a meal.

The people were absolutely fabulous, super sweet and super nice. The therapy crew got me up on my feet walking, they are beyond amazing. My room was really clean, they cleaned every day. They had a Thanksgiving dinner and my husband joined me for that and we both ate it and it was fabulous

The nurses and all the staff, in general, seem like they are very caring and care about my loved one. She seems to be very happy. She loves all the therapy, they even have her working on an iPad, and that is something she never could have imagined. I love the staff that they have there. I took one of my church members with me to the facility to visit, and when she walked in she said, "I have never been in a facility that that is co clean and doesn't smell."
