I am/was a resident of this facility

The rooms are small but they are clean. The food is not good at all. It is December 21, 2025 at 12:20;am. I am a patient here at Lexington premier. I have yet to receive any of my evening medications and I have not received my pain meds which were scheduled for 8pm. My pain on a scale is 1 no pain to 10 most pain, my pain level is at a 7 and rising. Thank God I'm going home Monday December 24.

Lexington Premier has workers who take their jobs seriously and are compassionate toward the residents and are willing to go the extra mile. But there are several who are not, as well as some of the administrative staff. The facility appears dirty and has a perpetual smell of urine and BM. The call light may be answered eventually....but don't use it for an emergency!! If you have a food allergy, the staff will try to meet your needs, but don't expect them to overall. Residents go for long periods of time…

My mother stayed at Lexington Premier and Rehab for 97 days following a diagnosis of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. When she was admitted, she could not walk, she couldn't use her hands, had difficulty talking and many other issues. The therapy team along with the nursing staff showed patience, love and care for her during her stay. I was absolutely amazed at the progress that she made while she was there. She had a complete turn around and was able to walk out of the nursing home with full capabilities to liv…

My brother seems very happy at Lexington Premier Nursing and Rehab. He has a private room there and he's getting physical therapy every day. He's just improving by leaps and bounds. He was just laying in the bed at the other facility, dying, because they wouldn't help them do anything, but everything about Lexington Premier Nursing and Rehab is good. He's been well taken care of. The food's decent and again, he's getting a lot of physical and occupational therapy, and he's doing w…

Lexington premier needs to shut down. The people there are rude, rough on the patients and like leave them sit in poop for hours. Rooms are extremely cold, they lose your clothing, don't get your medicine when it is time. People that work there spends a lot of time outside smoking. Usually 10 people outside smoking instead of being with patients. Then they lie about insurance covering the stay. Nothing works. Bed had no railing, restroom toilet didn't flush right. No toilet paper, no blankets. No one both…

I like that Lexington Premier Nursing and Rehab is not overly expensive. It's reasonably priced. They've got rehab and nursing facilities there. The people seem to know what they're doing and they're friendly. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean, well-kept, and it's close. It's only about six miles from where I live. My mom is in a shared room. There are little curtains that you can pull around your bed if you want more privacy. There's a nice bathroom with the usual …
