PositiveMy father moved to the Liana of Venice's memory care facility. I went and toured multiple places, and we like the personnel, the location, and the site more here. We got some good recommendations, too. He has a private room, and it shares a bathroom with another room, so the room is private, but there is a shared bathroom in the middle. They were pretty nice rooms. They're not humongous, but I don't expect it to be a suite. I wasn't looking for that, so I was perfectly fine with the room. It loo…

PositiveThey have caring staff. It is clean with decent sized rooms. The only negative was some belongings went missing but that could have been due to resident himself or other residents faulty memory. I would most definitely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

PositiveAll of management and staff really care. Chef [name removed] makes the best meals I've ever seen. Absolutely tons of activities...basketball (sitting), painting, crafts, pets come visit, recently dogs and lizards, outside entertainment, hula dancers, male and female...it's endless fun there. They don't just plank folks down in front of the TV. Plus, [name removed], top nurse, helps families find meds for the best price. Nothing but positive vibes there. Maintenance guy [name removed] is also the best. All staff gre…

PositiveMy wife had a progressive brain disease causing me to look into many Mental Facilities. Most were very depressing. Old people waiting to die. Not Liana. From the moment you walk in you knew this was different. Bright, clean, fresh, cheerful, caring staff. Residents are encouraged to do as much as they can. Very active. I visited day, night, weekday, weekend. Always the same professional, caring qualified staff. I thanked a staff member for taking care of my wife. He said," No, thank you. It was my honor to care for…

PositiveMy husband has been admitted to Liana Venice. It was very clean and neat, and his room is very clean and very spacious. Their staff is really pleasant and friendly. He has only been there for a few days and there wasn't much going on during the weekends, but they had some music going on in the main lobby, and they had an ice cream social. Their dining area is very nice but the food is very mediocre.

PositiveMy wife is in Liana Venice. I'm happy with it. It is strictly a memory care unit. They have the right level of medical care and 24-hour nurses plus the nurse practitioner, so they can handle adjusting the meds as time goes on for the memory care person. That's the reason why I picked them among other things, that they're only a few years old and the place is very nice. They've got a great chef and the people that I've met, the administration and the nurses and everything is just fantastic. …
