PositiveMy mother stayed there for about 5 weeks recovering from a hospital stay and it really helped her out. Food was good and the room was very nice. Staff is super nice, well educated in the field and did a great job having to deal with my mother and her issues. Physical therapy worked with her while she was there and when she wanted to be helped it was a valuable part of her stay. Highly recommended.

PositiveI recently had a short stay at Liberty Commons for rehab due to a fractured hip. The majority of the staff was helpful, some more than others; the PT was very good. Also I want to commend Paula; she was outstanding in helping me! I wish to thank the staff for the care I received especially Paula!

PositiveLiberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County is perfect for my mom. We chose them because of the physical therapy services that they offered. The staff were very compassionate. They have done a great job. My mom enjoyed the food. They had activities every day. It was more physical therapy for her; she had intense physical therapy every day. The structure itself is clean. It looks like a normal facility, but it could use some updating. They have a family room, and they have the main dining …

PositiveLiberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County went out of their way to help my husband. He falls a lot so they put rubber mats beside the bed and got him a large chair on wheels so he can sit in it and we could push him around. It's a skilled nursing facility and I've had no trouble with the staff. They've been very helpful. I think the place is good and it has a nice layout. He can't do anything now but lay in his bed or the chair and watch TV or play on his tablet. He ca…

PositiveMy brother will be moving into Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation of Alamance County. It's an excellent community. The place is very clean, and when I walked in the front door, I didn't smell anything. I also toured the rooms. They were very clean, and very well kept. I liked the staff there; everybody was so friendly and helpful. The dining area was beautiful. I haven't seen the food, but they have a large dining area, and it is beautiful. They said, if he'd prefer to have his meals i…

PositiveMom was at Liberty Commons N & R Alamance for six weeks and enjoyed it there. We received very good service there because the staff was great, friendly, and always willing to assist her with occupational therapy and rehab therapy. They did a wonderful job. It was a very good facility, where everything looked fine and clean. Mom enjoyed the food; it was really great. They had activities every day, like games and music.
