PositiveThe place looks brand new the residents I talked to love the place! [name removed] is the manger and couldn’t be nicer. They give veterans a 5% discount on their rent and free underground parking spot . When you get a room it’s freshly paintred, new carpeting and new tile if needed. The meals are done from a chef from the former chef from the Pieces of Eight now the Harbor House. The grounds are beautiful, all and all a wonderful place! I am haveing a full knee replacement and after it heels I am selling my condo …

Staff is great and attentive to requests. The main issue is getting the new chairs and tables assembled. The server staff has been an issue many days. No shows or last minute calls. I'm happy with my studio I only wish it had a balcony.

It has been an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is simply amazing, kind, helpful and so caring! My mother enjoys the meals. She did say they could be a bit healthier, but good. From what I can tell they have activities focused on the residents, I haven't participated in any of the activities. I've never, once seen or smelled any odor at Library Square, the cleaning staff does a wonderful job and very pleasant women. I think the apartment size is quite acceptable for seniors, nice size closets, nice size …
