5 across the board!! This is an absolutely fantastic facility with staff who truly care about the residents The staff is second to none. They are very accommodating to residents. There are many activities everyday to keep you busy. The entire facility recently had a complete remodel that cost $4million dollars and it shows. The apartments are nice sized. I stayed at LifeStream at Sun City, and I would not go back there. They did not keep their transportation commitments. Secondly, the quality of their food went down rapidly. They went from three meals a day to two, and those two meals did not contain enough protein and other essential nutrients in them that a person needs. Mom seems pretty happy there and everyone has been nice and helpful. We have a tight budget, so Life stream was the logical choice. Mom likes the Youngtown location too, but that one requires walking outside to get to dining, and Sun City is easier and safer for her to get around with a walker.
