PositiveVery welcoming, residents engaged and acted at home. Tour guide was especially good. She focused on our needs, questions and interests. Could call residents by name. Residents over 100 sure told its own story. Not enough time due to our restraints to look at different levels of care in facility. Was not impressed with hotel like building outside but the feelings inside we warm and well maintained.

There were a few staff members who really cared and loved what they did there. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great and didn't cater to a kidney-friendly diet like I was told it would. I cleaned her room all the time. Only once did I see someone in there cleaning it. They called me the day she was running out of pain medication to tell me she was out of it. I was told that they would order and administer all of her medications, only to later find out that they did not handle the narcotics. On more than three occ…

It's a nice facility with beautiful grounds for walking or just sitting and taking in nature. Lots of amenities offered, with a variety of activities for everyone. The Friday afternoon happy hour with entertainment is also a fun event. The dining room offers a variety of meals. The facility does need some updating, but was told that will come with time.
