PositiveI would recommend the community to others
The experience was very good, with a specific greeting written on a small easel, before walking into meeting room welcoming my mom by name. Great hoste offering refreshments etc. Very prepared with literature on table regarding our request to see a model, followed by a tour of the facility and the different style suites. The gentleman explained the features and entertainment offered by the facility. Mom loved the place and we moved her in in June.

The staff is attentive and friendly, the food has been great. The overall dining experience has been of restaurant quality. Staff are constantly cleaning the common areas. Staff changes sheets and does light cleaning weekly. The apartment is lovely. It has been newly renovated. The Floorplan features a raised ceiling giving it a feeling of spaciousness. The closet space is somewhat small. The only drawback is that as the last unit on the wing, the internet doesn't work because it is too far from the router. We are …

Each member of the staff is very courteous and pleasant and receptive to my requests. I'm very impressed with my apartment. Must've just been renovated because it is wonderful. The rooms are a good size. I have a one bedroom with a little kitchenette. The grounds and the building are always clean and well tended. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.
