PositiveI was considering the assisted living apartments at LindenGrove Communities in Waukesha, but the whole apartment, living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom weren't as big as my living room where I am right now. I'm a little claustrophobic, and I couldn't see that happening, but they're a nice facility. I ended up spending about five weeks in their nursing home out there while I was waiting for an apartment and then it didn't happen. I liked the nursing home better than I liked the assiste…

CriticalThis facility was decent at one time. Now, the facility has had bed bugs for several months without notifying residents. We hope the new people moving into the facility are informed of the problems. They did not keep the facility clean and failed to provide the services they were paid to provide.

Critical***********Unfortunately, no stars were not an option.********************** Do your research before you put your loved one in this facility!!! If you love your family member, they will be better off in another facility. Make sure you do your reach on any facility when you are relying on others for proper care, adequate nutrition, and treatment with dignity, professionalism, accountability, responsibility, and honesty. This place lacks what a facility should be.

PositiveMy grandmother is at LindenGrove Communities in Waukesha for rehab. She's got a nice room. It's small but she's got her own bathroom. It's all wheelchair-accessible, which is wonderful. The staff that I've met have all been very friendly and very kind. The facility is clean. Her bed hadn't been made, but it looked like the bathroom had been cleaned at least and then the trash had been taken out. It seems pretty nice.

CriticalHow sad to know a friend lives here, Is this what you call living? I am sad every time I visit. This place is filthy, the rooms are dirty. Yet, the staff keep their stuff in other rooms and hide! (Food, use the furniture, water bottles, etc.) go look! Saw it, witnessed it first hand! They gather to take breaks! On a weekend visit/ the breakfast dishes were still all over the tables, at lunch! The one “nurse” was more interested in what the chef made for “her” lunch first before residents. They were to eat at 1145, …

CriticalI just moved my mom out of this facility. We started there 3 years ago, and the care has just declined so severely.....My mom received 2 showers in 6 weeks. The original staff is completely gone....and some of them were there for 20 years. The place has been bought and sold I twice, I believe. The food is horrifying. My mom once received a burned grilled cheese for dinner and the staff was belligerent to her, she was crying. I would not send my worse enemy to this facility. I have been a Registered Nurse in the Wau…
