CriticalDisappointed, Frustrated and Let Down.
The staff was very attentive while we were working through the Admission's process. But that was it! Once they got paid, it went downhill from there. They lost Mom's clothes several times and refused to make it right; only assisted her with a shower once; got her meds all out of sorts and got ill with her because she was calling for help to use the restroom too much. Very disappointed. They kicked my father out in 4 days and promised to refund my money then went and refunded the money and then went and charged him for 2 weeks of being there. I called and the lady said she had to charge me even though she promised to refund me. She went into my bank account and charged my account without my acknowledgement.

PositiveAbove and beyond staff!
Staff is amazing! Kind, helpful, so thoughtful to my Mom. The community is very clean and always new activities happening. The residents are engaged and alert. I never see anyone who looks drugged up or neglected. The room is very nice and clean! The food always looks great and Mom seems to really enjoy it and everyone there. The staff dotes on her!!

Overall, it was a very good experience. Staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, addressed the issues I had. My husband came into the facility as a Hospice patient and I appreciate the extra support. He does require a lot of care. Safety was and is my biggest issue as he is a high fall risk. They are very much aware of this. My husband is eating well, never misses a meal. The room he is in is considered a "studio" size room. It is adequate. But has very little storage in it. He does not shower in his bat…

Positive"Beyond expectations"
Lotus Village has been wonderful with a couple of hiccups which I'm sure are normal. My mother loves it there which is 95% of the battle when transitioning. So we very pleased and in the whole scope of all AL and Memory care facilities are EXPENSIVE...I think we chose well for the cost.

Had a couple of problems with scheduling the bus and my mom says the food was just ok. The staff was great. I would recommend it to others. I thought it had a lot to offer for a reasonable price.
