I like that they only have 16 residents at the most, so the staff to resident ratio is much better than most. The customer service/friendliness of the staff is very good. This particular location is a refurbished house, so not only a homey feel, but the layout of the facility creates a better environment than most I have seen

All 5 --- my wife had refused solid food and really did not participate in activities but I was with her daily from 9 to 5 and I did observe others in activities that Were good for those who participated. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The level of personal care was excellent and it was like a home away from home. It is family owned and operated.

The staff is friendly and caring. Rooms are furnished nicely with a flat screen TV. They have a very sweet dog the residents enjoy petting. Socializing and daily exercises are encouraged.

Loving Care Cottages was fine. I liked that the woman who runs it and lives there is a nurse. That was a plus. Both of her sons helped run it. The only concern I had about that facility is that I noticed that there were quite a few children's toys on site and they were set aside. It wasn't like residents would trip or anything, but the man who gave me the tour told me that he would often bring his children over there on the weekends and I think that could be a plus or a negative.
