Quality of physical care was good. Primary caregiver on staff is [name removed], he is excellent. Very attentive, kind, quiet, mature. Facility is small, does not allow for activities. Residents are quiet, not a lot of interaction. This is a good place for clients who have family to visit on a daily basis, and to provide activities outside the facility.
