Lucas Court

Since the facility is a locked unit, I feel this is not the place for Husband and myself. The rooms were small, too close quarters for us. Tour was great, enjoyed meeting some staff and a couple of residents.

Pros and cons

The best thing was that everyone was very nice. Also, the shady courtyard was very nice. However, there isn't enough medical staff. One nurse is not enough for all those people. Also, there is almost no staff at all on the weekends.

Safe, clean place for my Mom!

I thought Lucas Court was a wonderful and safe place for my Mom to live. The employees were all so nice and took the time to chat with everyone they came in contact with. The Nurses and Aides did a great job changing my Mom's diapers and keeping her clean. They dressed her for the day, changed her diaper frequently and then put on her nightgown for bedtime. Great compassion and care

My uncle was at Lucas Court for over a year. During that time he was treated with respect and compassionate care. Despite his sometimes grumpiness given his dementia, the staff had patience with him and always treated him well. The food was always good as were the activities. We were so happy we found Lucus Court and highly recommend it.

Safe and reliable loving place for my Dad

I can’t thank Lucas court employees more…. I have been in the healthcare for over 18 years and this place is top notch. All employees are amazing and treated my Dad with so much love. The head nurse “[Name Removed]” is so caring and is on top of all residents. She cared for my dad in the best way, in the way I would care for my dad. It was hard being military and stationed so far away from my Dad, but I knew I picked the best assisted living place of all places. lol cas court kept in touch with me on ALL details. I…

I visited this facility

We visited Lucas Court in Beaumont for my mother. It was a beautiful and awesome place, but it just wasn't conducive for her because she wanted to keep her little dog, and she could bring it, but she would have had to have the responsibility of taking it in and out. She's on a walker, so it would be too hard on the leash. She loved it, though, and that's where she would have gone. I would give them a great review.
