CriticalTerrible place! Beware, if you love your family do not take them there. I am very serious. I’m talking mice jumping out of the bed, not giving meds properly, not attentive to the patients. It’s a mess!

PositiveWe went to MacGregor Downs Health and Rehabilitation Center. It's very nice inside. It's a nice building. It's fairly new and appealing. It was clean. Everything around it was clean. The rooms looked nice. The staff who assisted us were very nice and very helpful. The dining area looked nice. It was a big room with tables and chairs. The settings were nice. It was pleasant. They had some game rooms. I saw some game tables like chess, checkers, and card tables, that kind of stuff.
