Over all it's been ok. They are nice and her room is nice. The staff has continually had issues getting her meds correct and mom needs to have me intercede to get her the right help. The wait time for assistance is no where near the 7 minute response time they touted. It's more like 10-15 minutes and sometimes multiple calls need to be made. I think the determining factor of putting my 98 year old parents there was the friendliness of the staff. From the first day, I felt they were welcomed and their needs were addressed. They have been there a year now and seem content with their surroundings.
