Madison at Ocoee

Very friendly staff

Been very happy with the experience at Madison Ocoee and the main thing is my brother-in-law feels safe there and he is very happy there. The one thing should've done was get him a single bed instead of a double it would've given him a little more room in his semi private space but other than that, everything's been perfect.

I visited Madison at Ocoee. I liked the closeness from where I live to there. The service was phenomenal, as far as them catering to me, answering my questions, walking me around, showing me the place, showing me a unit, and working with me to get a Medicaid waiver. It was clean, and it smelled good. There was no odor of dirt or bathroom smell. They seemed welcoming.

I went to visit Madison at Ocoee's assisted living for my brother. I'd give the staff and the building a perfect rating. The layout of the apartment was very nice, and it was clean. The lady there gave me a lot of information. They have a dining area, and it was very nice. They also have transportation available to take the residents to and from doctor appointments, which is very helpful.

My mother-in-law moved to Madison at Ocoee's assisted living. The sales manager there was amazing. She was patient and understanding. She listened well and provided resources, even resources outside of her business, just in case we were looking at others to compare. She shared her expertise and then also worked with us. I toured Madison at Ocoee. I didn't have any issues with them. It was a very clean place. It seemed like they interacted with the patients. The facility was well-kept. I was very happy and satisfied with it. They were all very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant to talk with, and they answered all my questions. They are going through some renovations to make it even better, but the accommodations seem very adequate and nicely laid out. I was happy with that place and all the things that they had offered.
