Magnolia care home staff are amazing. they care for my mother since 2022. I thought my mother only had six month left to leave but due to caring and one and one care the staff and the amazing owner provided she still strong and still alive.

Don't let people go to the Magnolia Care Home. It's a five-thumbs down. My mother was there for a year. She went in there walking, but they didn't have the residents walk around. They put them in a wheelchair and roll them from room to room, which debilitates their muscles. They lied and said that my mother had COVID and she didn't. They sent her to a hospital, and they said she was having heart issues because they wanted to raise her rent. We've filed with the State against them and the Bo…

New owner horrible communication and care

This facility it now just about the money they sent my mother to the ER without notifying me until hospital was getting ready to discharge. Hospital sent mother back to boarding care they would not open their door or answering phone for hospital or us. Adult protective services, Licensing and Ombudsman has been notified by hospital and us for elder abandonment.

When I needed to find the right place for my mom, I stopped this home to see what it was like. It was a great tour of the home, I saw the living and dinning room. It looked acceptable. It was a clean environment with good qualities but it was not as active as I would have liked to see.
